Your brush strokes should go toward the center of your body. Use a clockwise, circular motion when brushing your stomach. The brush should be dry on dry skin, starting with soft brush strokes, working up to stronger brush strokes.
The other side of your body brush can be used for massaging the skin to invigorate you.
